# Presale, Whitelist Sale, and Public Sale

## Whitelist

Instead of having a separate sale for whitelisted members, we will be giving whitelisted users free tokens via airdrop.

2% of the supply (20,000 tokens) has been reserved for whitelisted users.

Since there can only be a max of 500 whitelisted users, each user at the most can receive 40 Gorilla Tokens, which is equivalent to $1000, at our launch price.

If there are less than 500 whitelisted members, the remaining allocation will be split up and distributed evenly among the members who are whitelisted.

**Vesting period**

10% available after launch (airdrop will be started once presale ends)

10% to be released daily 

## Presale 

 Roughly 18.7% of our total supply has been allocated towards the presale. 

**Initial liquidity** (85% of funds raised) 

85% of the funds raised from the whitelist sale and presale will be automatically added and locked for 75 years in the AVAX-GLA lp pool on Trader Joe's. 

The adding of the initial liquidity, as well as the locking of it, is all done through Pinksale Finance and their smart contracts. Pinksale Finance is a launchpad that services multiple networks and allows projects to launch their presale/whitelist sales, lock their liquidity, and team member's tokens, effortlessly, securely, and for a low price. This means that the team members at no time have access to any of the money that is reserved for liquidity, as the locking and adding of the liquidity is automated through Pinksale Finance.

**The other 15%** 

The remaining 15% that is not added to the AVAX-GLA lp pool will be used to fund marketing and development, and the overall growth of the ecosystem.

### Public Sale 

The public sale will begin after the presale ends. Liquidity will be automatically added and locked. (Token price will be the same as presale price.)
